Shipping Policy

We know that you want that new item to be in your hands as soon as possible, and we make every effort to make it possible.

below is our guideline after placing an order.


SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. A second notification will be sent to let you know when your order has shipped.
 

In some cases, we ship the same day if order is placed before 2:00 PM, EST, excluding Weekends and Holidays.

For Custom/Special Orders please Allow an additional 24 Hrs. of processing time.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping, however we advice to check with your local carrier to ensure delivery of goods.

When shipping Internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Survivor Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A notification will be sent once your order has shipped; you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
 

If for any reason you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@survivorapparelstore.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking the order.

Return & Refund Policy

Return, Refund or Exchange policy

Your Satisfaction is our main goal, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can always contact us for any Return, Refund or Exchange questions.

We offer a 7 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy.
 

Items must be in brand new condition for us to accept the return/exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based of "Change of Mind".

As we try to display color as close to the original as possible, some display devices may display the color a bit different than the actual color.
 

Order Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel an order you have placed, you have to cancel your order within 30 minutes after purchasing. Otherwise, you order cannot be cancel.

If you're requesting a Custom order, it cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed, changes might be allowed, if you need to change something on a custom/personalized order email us at support@survivorapparelstore.com, ensure you include order number and details of changes.
 

Damages and Issues
We strive to deliver a pleasant experience in shipping your items, upon receiving your items, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (when Survivor Apparel its at fault on shipping the wrong item), in order for us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please be advice, certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please contact us if you have questions or concerns whether your item (s) are eligible for return.
 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and or personalized or custom items and special orders.
 

Exchanges
We only accept size exchanges. We do not accept exchanges for other designs / different items.

The fastest way to ensure that you order the item you first intended to order is, by returning the item you have purchased, and once the return is received, inspected and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us for return, exchange options.

Returns

Survivor Apparel accepts returns only under the following conditions:

The return must be received by Survivor Apparel within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

The returned item must be unworn and in new condition. If the items It’s other than Shirts, must be Unused and in its original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package.


Refunds
After receiving the returned item, Survivor Apparel will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee.
Survivor Apparel will not make any refunds to any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to our store.
If an order is placed within the US territory, we will make an exemption to offer a refund or ship a replacement package, this will only apply to packages that were lost in transit and never delivered to you. If your package’s tracking number shows that it was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. If you order it’s shipped internationally and did not reach its destination, Survivor Apparel will offer a 70% refund, we will not be able to ship a second package since the first package did not reach you. It is also your responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim for the missing package.


Exchanges/Returns Procedures:

To return/exchange an item, print a copy of your invoice that was emailed to you after your order was submitted, and mail it along with your item back to us at Survivor Apparel

You will then receive a credit on a E-Gift Card  for the value of your exchanged item, minus a 25% restocking fee which you apply towards the purchase of the new item of your choice.

When return mailing an item, please mail the item along with a description of the issue and corrections to be made to:

After receiving the returned merchandise, we will immediately address any issues or corrections that need to be made, review your invoice and the corrections given by you (the customer) and we will correct any errors made on our behalf.
