WE're family

Our aim for the betterment of the world we live in is made possible by our life-survivor community like you. With your purchase and support, you make helping individuals and communities in need possible. Thank you! #stronger2gether

Janaina was married to a man for 5 years who abused her mentally, physically, and verbally. Her husband ended up leaving her, but not before leaving her with all the bills. She is now a single mom to a 4 year old daughter named Jessica.  Her lights and water have been turned off for several months. In order to use water she goes to the store and fill up using milk jugs to take a bath or to cook. Like many in this situation, she tries hard to make ends meet and does suffer from depression watching all the bills continue to pile up. Thank you for your partnership in supporting us who in return help give Janaina another chance of getting back on her feet.

We come together with some help from our community to help families in need. Some groceries, a little spending money, and a couple of gas cards to tie them over. This may appear to be a self-fulfilling post, but we hope you know us by now to know that this is meant to share a moment of happiness and celebration that our community is #strong. We want you to know that you support a brand that walks the talk. Your continued prayer and support in our product, brand, and community has been invaluable and we couldn't be more blessed to know you're there with us. May God bless you through your journeys and if you happen to fall on hard times, know that the moments are temporary and that God will always be faithful to provide.  Pictured is co-founder Shelly Harris-Ngo and Kim Beckham at one of our shopping trips.

With your help, we couldn't be happier to pass along a portion of the blessing He's sent our way to Raelee Parris Legacy. We love our new friends in Heather (Raelee's mom) and Harley (Batman and Raelee's brother) and we look forward to bigger and better things soon to the completion of Raelee's Community Playground, currently under construction. Thanks, for all the love and support!  Community... in spite of the opposition

During our early days, God lead us to Arsen of Northern Alabama. Arsen, who was 3 1/2 months when we heard of him, was born with a congenital heart defect, had been fighting for his life. He was one of every 100 babies born with this terrible disease, according to The Children's Heart Foundation. His mom, Miah, who had been a god-send to Arsen, could use your prayers. As you may have already guessed, Arsen lost his fight shortly after we learned of him. Arsen, we wished we could have met you sooner so we could have loved you longer. We were planning to come see you the weekend we learned of your passing, but God must have needed you sooner. Go rest sweet baby Arsen. We love you, buddy. Please be in prayer for his mother as she continues her journey with a large piece of her heart missing and raising awareness to Congenital Heart Defects in children.

The best meal I never had. A week before Christmas, I met our new friend for life A.J, a 76 yr old who have been homeless for the last 11. He tells me that he makes his home under I-24. I spent 15 minutes with him until his meal came. I made sure he had an order to go and some spending money, in addition to a prayer. I asked him what he needed to stay warm and he said he had what he needed, now that he has something to eat, but could use a coat. I will miss my new waterproof sharkskin jacket designed to keep you warm in winds up to 100 mph, but will smile knowing A.J. is a little bit warmer as temperatures will be in the teens tonight. Please say a prayer for him tonight as you tuck your family in. I hope you get to have the best meal you never had soon too...
